What You'll Need

  • 1 lightweight fabric-wrapped foam panel or tapestry, sized to your bed width (~$35-50)
  • 4-6 heavy-duty removable adhesive hooks rated for 5+ lbs each (~$10 for a pack)
  • Command strips or clips for panel edges to prevent sagging (~$6)
  • Measuring tape and painter's tape for placement guides (~$4)

How to Do It

  1. Measure the width of your bed frame and mark the desired headboard height with painter's tape, which lifts off without marking the wall.
