This SC "Party House" Has an Indoor Pool Room From 1970

Reddit found a lakeside estate in Goose Creek, South Carolina, and the top question wasn't about the price — it was whether the indoor pool room came with a tiki bar. It does not. But it might as well.

A 2,423-Square-Foot Indoor Pool Room, Frozen in Time

This 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 5,390-square-foot home is anchored by a massive enclosed pool room with exposed wooden beams and talavera tile — complete with space for a pool table, dart board, and seating area. Commenters immediately compared it to a domed 1970s Holiday Inn, and honestly, that's the whole appeal.

Room for Everyone, Whimsy Included

Set on a 1.21-acre corner lot with pierced brick fencing and wrought iron gates, the property includes three primary bedrooms, three kitchens, and a roughhewn wooden den with a wood-burning fireplace. The backyard has enough open space for a full pickleball or volleyball court — and the sellers are even offering up original furnishings, including two pianos, separately.
